UPDRAFT PLUS PLUGIN
UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin helps you to easily make your own backups on a regular basis, so backups of your WordPress (files and database) will be stored to a chosen cloud (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive).
Usually there will be automatic backups of your WordPress done by the provided server, but with this plugin you have your own backups and control over the frequency of the storage.
With the help of the backups your WordPress site can be restored, in case of a cyberattack or when migrating your site to another server.

Installation: Dashboard > Plugins > Add New
After the installation and activation you will find the settings here: Dashboard > Settings > UpdraftPlus Backups
Under UpdraftPlus Backups > Settings you can choose your remote storage (e.g. Dropbox) where your backups will be stored.
You can choose the frequency of the storage of your backups (e.g. every 2 hours to monthly) for your
- files
- database
